These Terms and Conditions govern SMS text message communications between Sutton Dental Group, Inc. DBA Sonoma Smiles (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our patients and consultation inquirers. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to the terms below.

These terms govern text message communications sent by Sutton Dental Group, Inc. DBA Sonoma Smiles, a cosmetic dental practice located at 1330 Medical Center Drive Rohnert Park, CA 94928.

When you submit a consultation request through our website or funnel page and consent to text messaging, Sonoma Smiles may contact you via SMS. Messages relate only to your consultation inquiry and any subsequent appointments or services.

We do not send promotional messages, coupons, or unsolicited marketing SMS messages under this program.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to and use this SMS messaging service. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Messages you may receive include:

• Appointment scheduling and confirmations

• Appointment reminders

• Questions or follow-up related to your consultation request

• Follow-up communication related to an existing consultation or completed service

04. message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our practice. You will only receive messages directly related to your consultation, appointments, or ongoing care.

05. message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Standard rates are based on your wireless plan; Sonoma Smiles does not charge for SMS messages. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

06. managing your subscription

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that sent you messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Reply START at any time to re-enroll after opting out.

07. carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

08. privacy

Information you provide through SMS or our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link: https://sonomasmiles.veneerconsults.com/privacy). Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS DATA PRIVACY

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

08. industry & Legal compliance

This SMS program complies with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and related federal and state requirements governing commercial text messaging.

09. changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
