He partners with a private ceramics lab in Midtown Manhattan, collaborating personally on each veneer's size, shape, color, and translucency. How It Works
Three Visits,
One Unhurried Process
Most patients complete their smile makeover in three visits over about four weeks. Each step is paced around you, not around a schedule.
STEP 01
conversation
Your first visit is a conversation with Dr. D, not a sales pitch. He listens to what you're hoping to change, reviews your options, and shows you a smile simulation so you can preview the outcome before any work begins.
STEP 02
PREPARATion + Temporaries
Dr. D prepares your teeth and places hand-crafted temporary veneers designed in collaboration with his private ceramist. You leave the chair smiling. You wear the temporaries for about two weeks so the final shape can be perfected to your face.
STEP 03
final placement
Your custom porcelain veneers are placed and bonded permanently. The result is teeth designed around your facial symmetry, your jaw structure, and your bite. Made to look like teeth you were born with.

What does a full smile makeover cost?
Porcelain veneers are $3,500 per tooth for 1 to 6 teeth, or $3,000 per tooth when you're doing 8 or more. A typical 10-tooth smile makeover runs around $30,000 all-inclusive. No surprises at checkout. Financing through Cherry is available with a soft credit check, which brings this down to manageable monthly payments.
What's the warranty?
10-year warranty. If anything ever happens to your veneers, they chip, they crack, anything, we replace them. Free. As long as you keep up with your hygiene visits, you're fully covered for a decade.
How long does the whole process take?
The standard process is three visits over about four weeks. Visit 1 is your complimentary consultation with Dr. D. Visit 2 (about two weeks later) is preparation and temporary veneers. Visit 3 (about two weeks after that) is final placement of your custom porcelain veneers.
Is the process painful?
Most patients describe the process as comfortable. Local anesthesia is used during the preparation visit. Many patients report that the most surprising part is how relaxed they felt throughout. For patients who feel anxious about dental work, Dr. D and the team take the time to pace things around what feels right for you.
Can I travel from out of state or another country?
Yes. Patients fly in from across the country and internationally to work with Dr. D. The studio is located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, easily accessible from LaGuardia or JFK. Most out-of-town patients combine Visits 1 and 2 into a single trip, return home, then fly back for Visit 3. The team helps coordinate your travel timing.
Do I actually need veneers, or could something else work?
Honest answer: you might not. Some patients come in expecting veneers and leave with a plan for whitening, bonding, or Invisalign instead. Dr. D's philosophy is that the right treatment is the one that gives you the smile you want, not the most expensive one. Your consultation is where that conversation happens.
